The Herbal Chef was founded by Chef Christopher Sayegh in 2014 as a means to break down the stigma surrounding plant medicines.
Chef Sayegh knew the best way to change someone’s mind was through their belly, and thus he set out to create world-class modern cuisine that would delight the taste buds just as much as it would heal the body, and expand the mind with the benefits of ancient plant medicines.
Sayegh wanted to serve guests more than just a meal to consume, his aim was to unlock the ancient connection encoded in our DNA to deliver an out of this world dining experience.
